A Big Thank You!

Dear Friends,

We did it! Thanks to you, on Saturday our campaign for Houston City Controller was successful. It would not have been possible without your hard work and support, and for that I am immensely grateful.

I am honored that the people of Houston have entrusted me with this important position, and will be mindful each day of my responsibility to them. I congratulate the new Mayor on her victory, and will work collaboratively with her and City Council to weather this economic storm and secure Houston's long-term financial health.

I also congratulate my colleague, MJ Khan, on running an excellent campaign. He is a good man and I wish him well in his future endeavors.

Finally, I want to wish each of you and your loved ones the very best during the holidays. I ask you to reach out and help those in need in the true spirit of the season.
